In our kitchen, our chefs draw inspiration from Nordic cuisine to create dishes served by our attentive waitstaff. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a selection from our extensive wine cellar, Gilið, featuring a wide range of wines from around the world. We source wines from all corners of the world without presumption or dogma as long as what’s in the glass tells a unique story.
